phone solar panel
How I can use solar energy in an inexpensive way? "I can plug my laptop in a solar panel?
I want to buy something cheap I can use as a simple regular outlet. I would be able to plug anything into it (microwave, cell phone charger, laptop, etc). I have seen many solar chargers, but that only support USB or specific models of phones. Is there a solar panel that I can connect a 2 or 3 pegs? THANKS! I do not know no electricity, so I will not be able to wire anything, so that sort of thing is out of the question. I do not want to run my house with solar energy, but maybe something smaller.
Let me begin by saying that we (my family and I) live completely, 100% "Off-grid and are completely self-sufficient" The house is built utilizing natures natural elements, in the form of an octagon with 8-foot wide arch doors on every wall to catch every angle of wind (Typical 4 sided homes have half the chance as one with eight sides. A circle is the most efficient design). Wood stoves, solar chimneys, air conditioning solar, solar heating, solar water heating (pool and home), solar cooking, solar, wind, hydrogen, turning the generator hydrogen back up water heater, hydrogen stove, two hydrogen-powered trucks, 1 EV (electric vehicle) and satellite Internet. There are no utility lines, no water lines, roads are not, television, telephone service, etc. on our ranch. EVERYTHING needed is produced here. All electricity comes from 27 solar panels, two wind gens and a back hydrogen generator if needed (typically we can last 9 days all the luxuries of windless weather without sunshine, it has not happened yet). The water is captured and stored in the rain. Hot water is made with solar heaters of batch water heater with a demand hydrogen hot water as backup. Even our vehicles use alternative energy (two hydrogen atoms trucks, EV electric vehicle converted). Because of this we have no bills, no mortgage debt and no. The fallowing steps were taking directly from a guide DIY to offer that to run their homes with solar power safely, reducing their monthly utility bills or even selling power reserve to the electric companies. The full guide is available in water-moon www. It's pretty simple, but if you have any problems please contact me directly I can walk you threw the process. You'll need a sheet of copper flashing from the hardware store. This normally costs about $ 5.00 per foot square. We will need about half a square meter. Two clip leads. A sensitive micro-ammeter that can read currents between 10 and 50 microamperes. Radio Shack sells small LCD multimeters that will do, but I used a surplus light rail with a needle. An electric stove. My kitchen stove is gas, so I bought a small burner electric hotplate for about $ 25. The little 700 watt burners probably will not work – mine is 1100 watts, so the burner gets red hot. A large clear plastic bottle that you can cut the top. I used a 2 liter spring water bottle. A mouth glass jar will work great too. Table salt. We will want a couple tablespoons of salt. Tap water. Sandpaper or a wire brush in an electric drill. Sheet metal shears for cutting blade copper. The first step is to cut a piece of copper foil that is approximately the size of the stove burner. Wash your hands so you do not have fat or oil them. Then wash the copper sheet with soap or detergent to get the oil or fat with it. Use the wire brush or sandpaper to thoroughly clean sheet copper, so that any sulphide or light corrosion is removed others. Next, place the clean copper sheet and dry in the burner and turn burner to the position high. As the copper starts to heat up, you will see beautiful oxidation patterns begin to form. Oranges, purples, reds and copper cover. As copper is heated the colors are replaced with a layer of black copper oxide. This is not the oxide we want, but flaking later, showing the reds, oranges, pinks and purples of the copper oxide layer underneath. The last traces of color disappear as the burner starts glowing red. When the burner is red hot, the sheet copper covered with a layer of black copper oxide. Simmer for half an hour, so the black coating is thick. This is important because a thick layer peels well, while a thin layer will stick to the copper. After half an hour of cooking, turn off the burner. Leave the hot copper on the burner to cool slowly. If it cools too quickly, the black oxide will stay stuck to the copper. As the copper cools, it shrinks. Black copper oxide also reduced. However, they contract at different rates, which makes the black cupric oxide flake off. The little black flakes pop off the copper with enough force to make them fly a few inches. This means a little more cleaning effort around the stove, but it is fun to watch. When the copper has cooled to room temperature (This takes about 20 minutes), most of the black oxide will be gone. A light wash hands under running water will remove most of the small pieces. Resist the temptation to remove all the black spots by scrubbing hard or soft copper bending. This could damage the delicate red cuprous oxide layer which need to make to the work of the solar cell. Cut another sheet of copper the same size as the first. Bend both pieces gently, so that fits in the plastic bottle or jar without touching. The copper oxide layer was up in the background is usually the best side to face outwards in the jar, because it is smoother, cleaner the surface. Connect the clip of two drivers, one at a new copper plate and one plate of cuprous oxide coating. Connect the cable from the clean copper plate to the terminal positive meter. Connect the cable from the copper oxide plate to the negative terminal of the meter. Now mix a couple tablespoons of salt into some hot tap water. Stir the water salt until all the salt dissolves. Then carefully pour the saltwater into the jar, being careful not to get the clip leads wet. Salt water should not cover all the plates – you should leave an inch of the plate on the water, so you can move around the solar cell without the clip leads wet. now place in the sun with magnefied on top. The solar cell is a battery, even in the dark, and usually show a few microamps of current. That's why it's that simple.
